Fund Raising Auction Event at Canadian Brewhouse

FUNDRAISING/AUCTION OPPORTUNITY (Oiler Playoff Game Event) – Please mark your calendars for Saturday, May 23rd for our Fundraising Auction Event at the Canadian Brewhouse (Ellerslie – the busiest Brewhouse in the city!) – time and details to be determined.

• We had brought this event to the chorus in February and there was excellent support to go ahead with it altho a date could not be secured until near the end of the regular hockey season (this could be a very lucrative event for us).  We will need to sell tickets to the Oiler Playoff Game night in the pub ($10/pp (includes a coupon for bevvie/appie) – all ticket sale to the event is OUR PROFIT!.  There will also be an  auction, 50/50 raffle, we can sing (the Anthem too in the pub) and a super fun night of camaraderie.
• Please start collecting and bringing in items for the Silent Auction – new items (perhaps new unused at home), donate something yourself (ie Cdn Tire item on sale for a good price was suggested), business donations, sports event tickets, etc (I will collect them).
